jiffyc - A fast Java RMI compiler


jiffyc is a replacement for rmic, a program that generates the stub and skeleton
files needed by distributed applications/applets based on Java RMI. But as it is
written in C++, it is substantially faster than rmic. It can be used with either the
1.1 and the 1.2 protocol versions. Development has started to support even RMI
over IIOP.

jiffyc is published under the GPL and may be downloaded here:
